IPPNW Switzerland & Germany conducted a mission in September 2022 to gather information about the uses of chemical weapons in Southern Kurdistan. They found indirect evidence showing violations of the Chemical Weapons Convention and have concluded that independent investigations by OPCW is urgently needed.
